Hugo Ledesma asumirá como legislador
La justicia confirmó el escrutinio de las últimas elecciones provinciales, en las que Hugo Ledesma se adjudicó la «banca 19», en apretada competencia frente a Enrique Pedicone.
Los camaristas Ebe López Piossek y Sergio Gandur desestimaron la presentación de Pedicone, que aducía un presunto fraude electoral. De esta forma, quedó confirmado que Ledesma, candidato del acople Activar, asumirá como legislador el 28 de octubre.
La Sala III de la Cámara en lo Contencioso Administrativo rechazó la demanda interpuesta por el alfarista Pedicone. De esta manera, el dirigente bancario Ledesma fue ratificado como legislador electo y quedó en condiciones de prestar juramento.
Entre otros elementos, los magistrados valoraron los informes de la Junta Electoral Provincial (JEP) y de la firma MSA, encargada de la logística electoral. Y advirtieron que el acta de escrutinio de la mesa 1.328 -objetada por el postulante alfarista- registró “18 votos obtenidos» por la lista de Ledesma y no diez como aducía Pedicone.
“Esa cantidad de votos está expresada en número y en letras. A diferencia de lo sostenido por el actor, esos números y letras consignados en el Acta de Escrutinio no están tachados, salvados o modificados. Al contrario, se mantienen impolutos, sin alteración alguna”, advirtieron los magistrados al analizar esta cuestión.
