Seg\u00fan los datos oficiales,\u00a0<strong>1.215.548\u00a0<\/strong>personas\u00a0reciben este beneficio.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><mark class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\">El an\u00e1lisis realizado por la\u00a0<strong>Agencia Nacional por Discapacidad<\/strong>\u00a0(AND) revel\u00f3 que, de una muestra de\u00a0<strong>3000\u00a0<\/strong>pensiones, el\u00a0<strong>80%<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>no cumpl\u00eda con los requisitos necesarios para ser otorgadas<\/strong>. Ante esta situaci\u00f3n, el Gobierno est\u00e1 considerando judicializar los casos que correspondan.<\/mark><\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0Jefe de Gabinete,<strong>\u00a0Guillermo Francos<\/strong>, ha calificado la situaci\u00f3n como una \u201cirresponsabilidad\u201d. La pensi\u00f3n no contributiva por invalidez corresponde al\u00a0<strong>70%\u00a0<\/strong>de una\u00a0<strong>jubilaci\u00f3n m\u00ednima<\/strong>, lo que actualmente equivale a\u00a0<strong>$144.851,77<\/strong>. Si a esto se le a\u00f1ade un bono de $70.000, la prestaci\u00f3n total superar\u00eda los\u00a0<strong>$200.000<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La auditor\u00eda comenz\u00f3 a mediados de marzo y ha puesto de manifiesto un incremento notable en el n\u00famero de beneficiarios durante ciertos per\u00edodos. Por ejemplo, entre\u00a0<strong>2003\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<strong>2007<\/strong>, bajo la gesti\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>N\u00e9stor Kirchner<\/strong>, el n\u00famero de beneficiarios aument\u00f3 de\u00a0<strong>79.581\u00a0<\/strong>a\u00a0<strong>225.411<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la gesti\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Cristina Fern\u00e1ndez de Kirchner<\/strong>, la cantidad se triplic\u00f3, alcanzando los\u00a0<strong>707.068<\/strong>. Al finalizar la presidencia de\u00a0<strong>Mauricio Macri<\/strong>, la cifra disminuy\u00f3, pero luego aument\u00f3 nuevamente a\u00a0<strong>1.215.548<\/strong>\u00a0durante la administraci\u00f3n de\u00a0<strong>Alberto Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Datos que se destacan:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En la provincia de\u00a0<strong>Buenos Aires<\/strong>, hay\u00a0<strong>302.794<\/strong>\u00a0pensionados por invalidez, mientras que\u00a0en<strong>\u00a0Chaco,\u00a0<\/strong>aproximadamente\u00a0<strong>uno de cada diez habitantes\u00a0<\/strong>recibe esta pensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo a corto plazo del Gobierno es:\u00a0<strong>completar la auditor\u00eda de todas las pensiones, modificar la reglamentaci\u00f3n que regula el acceso a las pensiones no contributivas por invalidez y considerar acciones legales contra las administraciones anteriores\u00a0por supuestas irregularidades en la concesi\u00f3n de estas pensiones<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-64807\" src=\"https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-1024x468.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-1024x468.png 1024w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-300x137.png 300w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-768x351.png 768w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-150x69.png 150w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-450x206.png 450w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31-1200x548.png 1200w, https:\/\/elfederalnoticias.com.ar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/image-31.png 1280w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"468\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size\"><strong>Posibles cambios:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El a\u00f1o pasado se han identificado dos medidas que podr\u00edan ser revocadas o modificadas por la actual administraci\u00f3n. La\u00a0<strong>Resoluci\u00f3n 70\/2023<\/strong>\u00a0elimin\u00f3 la necesidad de declarar \u201cincapacidad total y permanente\u201d en el certificado m\u00e9dico, y el\u00a0<strong>Decreto 7\/2023<\/strong>\u00a0cambi\u00f3 la definici\u00f3n de invalidez laboral, eliminando el requisito de que la incapacidad laboral deb\u00eda ser de un\u00a0<strong>76%<\/strong>\u00a0o m\u00e1s.
