Delitos contra la Integridad Sexual N\u00ba 3, fue archivada mediante decreto de fecha 3 de julio de 2025, al haberse declarado Extinguida la Acci\u00f3n Penal, motivos por el cual no subsiste al d\u00eda de hoy ninguna medida cautelar ni proceso judicial en su contra.<\/b><\/div>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-9590 size-large\" Unidad Fiscal, a cargo del doctor Ignacio L\u00f3pez Bustos, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que, <strong>\u00abteniendo en cuenta que se encuentra extinguida la acci\u00f3n penal en el presente legajo, cumplidas todas las notificaciones correspondientes, y que de esta manera no subsiste causa alguna que habilite la prosecuci\u00f3n del presente legajo, dispongo archivar las presentes actuaciones y dejar sin efecto la medida cautelar dictada el 26 de mayo de 2025\u00bb.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Paralelamente, el fiscal orden\u00f3 declarar extinguida la acci\u00f3n penal en contra de
